Terms and Conditions

• Safari Management: Managed by the Ranthambore National Park Forest Department.

• Safari Timing: Available from 1st October to 30th June; closed July to September.

• Safari Shifts: Morning and evening shifts.

• Booking: Online advance booking required, with ID proof for Indians (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) and Passport for foreigners.

• Payment: Full payment (including park entrance, vehicle, and guide fees) must be made in advance. Private vehicles are not allowed in the park.

• Zone Allocation: Zones assigned randomly based on availability.

• Cancellation: Safari fees are non-refundable. Booking charges will be refunded if not confirmed.

• Liability: Additional charges for hikes in permit fees, taxes, or fuel cost imposed by the government.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days prior: 10% fee

• 15-29 days prior: 30% fee

• 7-14 days prior: 40% fee

• 2-6 days prior: 50% fee

• Less than 48 hours: No refund.
